An exciting opportunity to work as a Manager - Global Alliances (Sales/ Business Development) with the Business Services arm of a Global Telecom Organisation. Role is based in Bangalore.  A pre-requisite for the role is 8-12 years experience in managing Sales and Business Development in the Enterprise space (Networks, System Integration etc) and have managed Customer and Partner relationships with large IT Organisations. Having worked in a sell through model is a definitive advantage. CXO level interfaces and senior stakeholder management experience, with the Enterprise arm of a Telecom Service provider is mandatory.   Role Profile:  - Fully responsible for achieveing desired Sales Targets in the vertical in the Enterprise space - specifically Network & System Integration  - Work on Large deals - Deal size - 20M  - Understand the customer's objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes and form long term business partnerships  - CxO level interaction and management  - Forecasting & Pipeline Management  - Adhere and comply to all processes & guidelines  Desired Profile:  - 8-12 years, with atleast 4 years of relevant Sales experience in the Telecom Sector with exposure to large Indian IT corporates  - Ability to strongly qualify opportunities  - Deep understanding of Telecom Business, in Enterprise domain, especially Network & System Integration  - Excellent Customer relationship skills & Sales process skills  - Demonstrated track record of success in a similar role, and the ability to perform with minimal supervision.  - Hunter Mentality - Sell with and Sell thru capability  - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.  - Ability to work with world wide teams, large Account Management, Pricing & Bid Management Experience  - Ability to work on a joint Go to Market with Large Technology organisation partners  - Ability to work on long gestation deals and multi year contracting   - Alliance and partnership skills with large Technology firms
