Job Description :

We are looking for an operations specialist to join our Business Operations & Strategy team.

Core Responsibilities:

- The role requires you to work closely with all business teams, and wear multiple hats in execution. 

You will have to:

- Assist the Business Operations & Strategy team in executing projects critical to the business, taking on end-to-end responsibility for projects.

- Assist the customer care, logistics, payments, and admin teams in execution and measurement of success.

- Help set up business systems and processes in operations as the Bewakoof team scales.

Prerequisites and Good-to-haves :

- 1-3 years experience in operations, preferably in a consumer tech or e-commerce company.

Degree from a premier institution (IIT/NIT/BITS)

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

Job Nature : Full Time
