Manager - Operations & Strategy (Manufacturing)

- Managing overall operations, planning, and product development

- Formulate business strategy for plants by doing product costing, margin analysis and market research.

- Achieved highest ever uptime by process optimization and standardization.

- Liaising with cross functional teams and also with R&D to drive solutions, scale-up, and achieve improved ROI.

- Assist the Senior Management on Business reviews & reporting, product costing, line fill situation and credit report.

- Handled all capex and project related functions - MIS, Budgeting, Project Costing, Scheduling.

- Scheduled appointments and coordinated meetings, prepared minutes, and ensured follow-up on action items. Realized savings by developing alternate vendors of consumables with purchase team.

- Increased ROQ

- Overseeing the development and execution of project plans.

- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of business operations and making adjustments as needed.

- Identifying and implementing new technologies and processes to optimize operations.

- Staying up to date on industry trends and changes and adapting the organization's operations accordingly.

- Managing and developing relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA in Operations with 2-3 years of strong understanding of financial and operational analysis, business process improvement, and strategic planning within a Manufacturing industry.

2. Proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a fast-paced, team environment.

3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Strong attention to detail with qualitative skills.

6. Experience answering unstructured business questions and work independently to drive projects and analytical tasks to conclusion.

7. Fast-paced start-up environment experience.

8. An energetic, driven, fun and generally awesome personality.

9. Strong communication, organization, and inter-personal skills.
