Manager - Business Operations - Revenue Assurance

Job Title : Operations Manager

Educational Qualification : MBA with Degree in Engineering/Commerce/Science,

Role/Job Description :

Revenue Assurance:

- Active participation in finalization of yearly revenue and CM budget

- Quarterly & Monthly revenue projection, forecast accuracy

- Invoicing support

- Gap analysis and continuous improvement

- Process compliance

Cost Management:

- Quarterly & Monthly CM projection at BU / DU level, forecast accuracy

- Analyze/optimize/manage cost parameters, managing provisions accurately Drive CM improvement

Process compliance

- Support RFPs, proposals and large deals in bill rate/delivery model and CM calculations

- Accrual (WIP) management and ensure timely invoicing

- Governance support /reviews with different leadership levels- Preparation of COO/CEO review PPTs

- Support / Drive BU strategy and execution (pyramid, fresher, business segment, location strategy, BCP support)

People Management - mentor and groom DU operation leads and PMOs

Skill : Qualification : Degree in Engineering/Commerce/Science, and MBA)

- Highly proficient in data analysis, dashboarding & identifying problem areas.

- Thorough Understanding of P&L and accounting principles.

- Problem solving

- Highly proficient in all system/tools, excel, power point

- Ability to handle operations for multiple delivery units/Business units

- Highly proficient in managing stakeholders within BUs and across organization.

- Work efficiently with HR, F&A and other enabling functions to drive the BU's cause.
