Manager - Business Operations (Order to cash process) Education: MBA (Finance) / CA(Inter) / ICWA (Inter) Joining Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad , Pune Experience: 7 - 12 years Job description : - Revenue forecasting- collect the inputs from Practice, Delivery and sales teams and build the revenue forecast and then report the same with analytics and operational metric tracking. - Support business decisions by - formulating hypothesis, structuring the problem, analyze relevant data to verify hypothesis and prepare documentation to communicate the results with insights - Bench management- Ensure that the resources are optimally utilized across the organization - working with practice, delivery, and sales leaders to ensure that the bench resources are tracked accurately and made available for the open requirements if any. - Support Delivery leadership team in Pricing, Expense Analysis, Program/ project Margin Analysis and Query resolution. - Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements - Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization - Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and processes - Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards. - Work with cross - functions on the implementation of PSA (professional Services Automation) and related SOPs and processes - Should be able to interact with cross functional teams like Sales, Delivery, HR, and finance in ensuring completion of the required tasks. - Should have minimum qualification of MBA Finance/ any post graduate degree / CA Inter/ ICWA Inter with about 7-10 years of experience in a Medium to large IT organizations - Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, Presentation and Business Analytics
