As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in building our business operations in a 0-1 startup environment. You will be responsible for finding the perfect job opportunities for candidates on the platform, coordinating with other team members to align filters, companies, and candidates. You will help the product team with the right insights, which will eventually automate the task.

Responsibilities:

- Find the perfect job opportunity for candidates on the platform

- Coordinate with the other team members to align filters, companies, and candidates

- Communicate with the candidates, filters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

- Maintain a high level of quality in candidate and filter interactions
