Manager - Business Operations - FMCG

Job Profile:

- Work closely with the leadership team to problem-solve and drive execution of key strategic program & projects

- Liaise with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of daily operations

- Conceptualize and institutionalize SOPs, scorecards & key metrics and track & drive compliance

- Own the CRM and get key insights for the Sales & Supply Chain team

- Enhance sales and supply team productivity by simplifying processes

Desired Candidature:

- 2-4 years of experience in program management and/or Operations roles preferably in a high growth environment in startups or renowned corporates

- MBA from Tier I or II institutions

- Self-starter, high ownership & ability to deliver results with minimal supervision

- Strong problem solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity

- Attention to detail, accuracy, resourcefulness, analytical nature, and follow-through skills

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong influencing skills

- Strong Excel skills

- Good to have but not necessary: well versed with CRM tools - preferably Zoho
