- Identify value streams and co-parallel streams for the existing core business

- Looking at synergies and optimal solutions for value add products

- Build business model/case for farmer relationship development

- Identify value chain across business

Specifications

- Good in numbers, and lateral thinking/Having at-least 4-6 years consulting background in one of the leading consulting firms with top B school background/ MNC working in history would be added bonus/Held an operations position at some time.

We need only polished consulting and Agriculture Education or working experience in Operations background
