Manager - Business Intelligence - Technology/Information Systems

Key Skills Required:

- IT/consulting experience in Data warehousing /Business intelligence, Big Data Analytics solution centres, providing consulting services, leading teams, managing project/program deliveries and develop strong future looking BI capabilities.

- Strong ability to consult clients on BI & Visualization best practices, KPI and visualization design and technology recommendations.

- Leads a large team in Business Intelligence Platform using Teradata, Micro Strategy, Qlikview, Tableau and Power BI. Make recommendations concerning existing Technology / Information systems and the development of new procedures, standards, tools and techniques

- Building and supporting new aged business intelligence and data management solutions.

- Experience in handling large complex savvy programs having independently led multi-million dollar projects in global delivery model. Strong collaboration with Business partner while delivering complex programs. Experience in implementing BI Competency Centre.

- Technical Program Management of the end to end delivery of the Business Intelligence reporting / analytical needs within organization.

- Ensures the right Design and Architecture in place for all the major projects and deliverables.

- Provides strong technical guidance to the development teams on the use and purpose of data warehouses. Oversee all aspects of the warehouses, including data sourcing, data migration, data quality, data warehouse design, and implementations. Experience in data management platform including Oracle, SQL server & Big Data Technologies like Hadoop, Hive, HBase Cassandra.

- Scope, plan, and prioritize multiple project deliverables, based on data warehousing dependencies and changing business needs. Develop project plans, identify and fill project resource needs, and manage projects to on-time, on-budget completion.

- As part of the leadership team, manages the planning, pipeline and prioritization of the projects to ensure right information is delivered to the right people at the right time in the right manner.

- Plays a key role in deciding the technology roadmap by following/evaluating the latest cutting edge technologies and thereby provide the strategic recommendations to the senior leadership team.
