The role of Business Intelligence Manager is to capture/gather and analyze information relevant for the Region to help facilitate Business steering for accurate and confident decision-making in determining market opportunity, market penetration strategy and business performance.

Market Forecast

1. Demand Review Contribution: Build an accurate market forecast and contribute to the demand review as a key stakeholder.

- Build the assumption, based on Key market indicators & Market insight / CUSTOM IMPORT/EXPORT / ETRMA / ATMA

- Build the Monthly Forecast based on assumptions provided for Market Deep Dive

2. Build and communicate reliable market and segment quantitative information to Business Model Leaders & UOT Management team

- Market Re-estiamtion " deep dive analysis (UAE/Iran/Nigeria) '--Deep dive in Parc, RR, Segment, Rim Dia, Size wise

- PSQ process "6- Work closely with the LB & Region ( Finance/MKT/ BMR) to define the key levers and market assumptions growth for the next 5 years horizon to support the Region Business Model team in the construction of their LB's marketing plan levers"

- Prepare the Market estimation for the 5 years horizon based on Market insight quantitative & qualitative information collected

- Research on Brand Performance

3. Provide analysis on the performance/relevance of our product/service offers compared to the competition as well as recommendations to improve them

4. Provide the Business Segment Manager(s) with relevant data regarding end users, consumers, retailers etc. to support offer definition  

- Brand & Communication Monitoring

- On Ground Surveys on Product performance

- Concept test // SURVEY TO EVALUATE Consumer acceptance for new product

- Segmentation study

- Mystery shopping

- Competitor analysis

5 Measure market evolutions including changes in competitors & market evolution per tier, & Alert management on changes

- Competition Analysis N1 level/ fast track

- Mining Pannel Mining & Importer Panel Review (with AMs & Managers)

- Market Landing (Zone/Cluster/Country) Reforecast
