Antal Hiring for a leading Third Party Logistics Conglomerate for HR Manager Role based out at Kolkata.

Looking for a Male professional having experience into end to end HR Functions.

Position Title- Manager- Business HR

Designation- Manager

Functional Area Business HR

Location Kolkata

Reporting to Sr. Manager/Manager - HR

Reportee(s) 2-3

Functional Competencies

1. Self-motivated, result driven individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

2. Experience in design and implementation of HR programs, policies and initiatives in the Indian/multinational organization having a diverse workforce and spread geographically.

3. Ability to connect with various business stakeholders provide strategic foresight and support on HR delivery & service.

4. Exposure to good employee relations practices and abilityto manage a large contractual workforce will be desired.

5. Team player and able to keep motivation and morale high.

6. Passionate to work in 3PL service industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Planning and Designing workforce in respect of Business Plan

2. Engage employees to drive business results

3. Recognize Teams and Individuals strategically

4. Work Closely with all the regulators and relationship with all stake holders

5. Plan Work Force focused on talent needs and develop talent pipelines

6. Assess and Map capabilities of existing employees vs organizational needs

7. Creates Succession Planning Matrix

8. Ensuring on Boarding & Orientation of new hires

9. Basic skills training, Organizational values orientation

10. Employees Reward & Recognition for business results

11. Ability to handle a large Contractual workforce in addition to payroll employees

12. External environment management

13. Talent acquisition for all Key positions as per cycle time.

14. HR operations - Employee life cycle management of On-boarding, Induction Confirmation, Exit management.

15. Performance Appraisal process - KRA's and Evaluation for employees.

16. Appointment, engagement, and review of Business Associate (Manpower Contractor) for supplying of Contract manpower as per the business needs

17. Ensure all labor law compliances both for organization and audit for the Business Associate.

18. Implementation of Learning & Development and engagement initiatives as per plan.

19. Relationship building with the Customer for effective operations delivery and ensure the Service level agreements (SLA- s).

20. Regular review with the organization - Location Head and team for HR support.

Candidate Profile-

Educational Qualification- MBA/Post Graduate in HR/IR

Work Experience- 8 - 10 yrs

Industry From preferably service industry including 3PL or manufacturing industry having multi locations with large workforce both on roll & contractual ( 500 +)
