- Onboarding & Induction of talent.
- Life cycle management including exit management.
- Performance management of business team.
- Career planning and capability building.
- Managing employee relations proactively to avoid IR issue in future.
- Closely working with business team to understand the need-gap & proper redressal mechanism.
- Driving productivity and performance through various initiatives.
- Implementation of HR policies to field employees (like travel, leave policy etc.).
