Manager - Business HR - BFSI

Working on a Business HR role with one of the NBFC's / Financial services org to be based in Mumbai. Part of the corporate HR team.

Role :

- The role would be managing the HR function for the Corporate Office, managing Training's, PMS, C& B, Employee engagement initiatives and working on various HR Initiatives related to managing attrition, improving work culture.
