Hiring Manager- Business HR for a Leading Professional Services in Gurgaon

About client:

The client is a provider of business and technology research, data analytics and investment research services to companies worldwide with its global presence and employee strength of around 30.

Job description:

- The person will be managing overall HR function for multiple business units in accordance with company’s global standards. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Overall Talent acquisition for the regions. Ensuring pipeline and having a proactive approach in acquiring talent to fulfill business needs seamlessly.

- Working on compensation and benefits policies and structure and giving solutions keeping in mind the statutory requirements.

- Should be able to independently run Training systems, if required and help the business come up with training matrices, running them and improving them.

- To review and develop policies and procedures, and make necessary recommendations to comply with changes in local legislation and corporate requirements

- Would be working in a global structure with cross cultural interactions to ensure HR interventions

- Will be responsible for running the performance management system, i.e., helping the business come up with KPIs and competencies required to evaluate employees in accordance with company’s global standards

Requirement:

- 5- 8 years of experience in running the HR function independently and in a global set-up with experience in HR processes and systems

- Should have hands on experience on all talent sourcing mechanisms- portals; networking sites, consultants, referral schemes etc.

- Should be conversant with the compensation, taxation and other statutory requirements of other countries

- Ability to innovate, strategies, and plan, with a focus on successful implementation of talent solutions

- Managing resources across geographies to ensure quick turnaround time

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the business area's strategy; goals and objectives in order to be seen as an integral part of the organization.

- Evidence of an ability to think strategically but also able to ‘get their hands dirty’ to get the job done rather than needing a large team to do the work.

- Single-minded in ensuring the successful delivery of work on time and budget and to the requisite quality.

- Ability to innovate, strategies, and plan, with a focus on successful implementation of talent solutions

- Able to communicate and convince top leadership on thought process

- Build credibility in front of team members and senior stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels

- Confident, self-motivated, strong negotiation and persuasion skills with analytical & proactive approach
