Jiraaf - Manager - Business Growth Investment - CA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Job Responsibilities :

- Serve as the key liaison between Growth and Investment teams.

- Participate in all leadership investment committee meetings to understand every investment opportunity brought on the platforms.

- Read credit notes prepared by investment managers and all reports provided by the borrowers to understand borrower profile along with product structure undertaken such as pricing, risk ratings, covenants, security structure, etc.

- Liaise with credit/investment committee members on a regular basis to receive & take feedback of investors tied to the investment opportunities.

- Work closely with investment managers to clarify and get answers to key questions raised sales to relationship managers by end investors on a regular basis.

- Responsible to make sure all deal pitch summary information, and website summaries are well done to promote the opportunities effectively in a language that end investors would understand and appreciate. All required information to be presented and delivered consistently to investors across all investment opportunities.

- Educate marketing and sales relationship managers on investment opportunities. Showcase strong strengths and investment risks associated with the deals.

- Actively participate in investor client calls where needed along with sales relationship managers to address queries tied to specific deals.

- Support Marketing and Sales teams on a day-to-day basis with answers to their questions on investment opportunities

Candidate requirement :

- Master's degree in business from Tier-I college/MBA/CA

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in relationship manager / business development role

- Strong sales experience and networking skills

- Basic knowledge of investment products (NCD, Working Capital Loan, Equity, Bonds, etc.), credit risk evaluation (NPA, GNPA, Recovery, investment risks, etc.), financial evaluation of company (Working Capital, liquidity, ALM, runway, credit rating, leverage, etc.)

- Sector preference : Open if the candidate has engineering with minor in finance, Consulting, Corporate Finance, Business P/L management roles.
