Manager - Business Finance - Telecom

Key Responsibility area:

- Ensure monthly forecast and Annual operating plan prepared by circles and review, consolidate and reporting to management.

- Evaluation of Business cases

- Monthly closing and financial statements analysis.

- Circle review of standard deck of respective regions

- Supporting operation expenditure cost control.

- Support pan India improvement projects and generate various MIS.

- Support compliance activities such internal audit and IFC

Business objective:

- Understanding the business proposal with user function

- Coordinate with multiple departments for supporting data/documents - such as SCM, TOC, Energy, Quality etc.

- First cut review with relevant user and refine basis further inputs

- Final review with CFO, addressing the review points

- Partnering with stakeholders and other functions to drive revenue enhancement projects

- Ensuring Timely reporting to corporate FPA team on the EBITDA Analysis, Forecasting and bridge plans

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast company performance, including revenue projections, expense budgets, and cash flow analysis.

- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor performance against budget targets, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making on pricing, product development, investments, and other strategic initiatives.

- Manage financial accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax filings, audit procedures, and internal controls.

- Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on financial matters, fostering a culture of financial accountability and responsibility.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial performance.
