Manager - Business Finance - Paint Manufacturing

This role holder is a part of the finance and accounts function at and the incumbent will lead the Business/ Financial Planning & Analysis function.

Incumbent would be responsibilities for :

- Providing Strategic inputs and Finance support.

- Influencing the Profitability of the business through Financial Planning and MIS to Operations in India

- Analysis of Financial Accounts and Control.

- Plays a pivotal role in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, latest outlooks, etc.

- Tracks monthly financial, analysing differences between the actuals v/s targets / estimates and delivers BU specific KPI Dashboard indicating financial health of BU

- Continuously works with the Business as a business partner providing complete commercial support in decision making

- Challenges constructively the sales forecasts, marketing activities to optimize maximum returns in least investments and ensures optimum resource allocation

- Analyses Early Warning and Risks & Opportunities

- Supports in strategic planning, business development and other growth initiatives

- Ensures alignment with the global financial and management accounting principles of
