Strides Pharma is looking for an experienced Manager - Business Finance & Operations Strategy to join our team in a high impact role.

What you'll do (in a nut shell)
- Strategic planning- translation of the strategic plan into the annual plan and hands-on execution of specific projects
- Collaborate on the design and development of forecasting business and financial models, key metrics and dashboards to drive key business decisions for the organization
- Study market and competitive landscape and identify new initiatives to grow the business
- Drive the annual goals, budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes for the company
- Ensure reports contribute to business insight and decision-making, and minimize overall report burden
- Work across various teams and stakeholders to design comprehensive business processes that cover all with a focus on growth, profitability, cash flows and operational efficiency
- Scale services and tools design processes and procedures that scale with the business growth in volume, complexity, and geographies
What we're looking for:
- Strong go-getter attitude
- Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
- 3 to 7 years experience in a Business Finance, Operations, or other related fields
