Manager - Business Finance - ITeS Domain - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI

We are hiring for a US MNC into ITeS domain. Client is located in Hyderabad.

Client is looking for a diligent finance professional for their Corporate Finance group in Hyderabad. This role will manage and be responsible for driving FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting and preparing meaningful analysis for senior management.

Primary responsibilities include :

- Report current and past trends of financial indicators and provide comprehensive analysis of variances from the budget.

- Control the budgeting process and manage communication with all the department heads for budget inputs

- Organize the preparation of department wise budgets, forecasts and comprehensive variance analysis.

- Working with a cross-functional team in generating the non-financial metrics and dashboards.

- Identify changing needs in the system and come up with process improvement ideas.

- Manage company's employees - time allocations to ensure timeliness and accuracy

- Analyze the time allocations to provide insights on trends to the Management.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should be an MBA (Finance) from Premier B School or a CA.

- Experience only between 4 to 6 years can apply.

- Only people into IT and Pharma Industry can apply.

- Person should have function FP&A or Business Finance experience.
