Business Finance Manager

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Business Reporting with detailed analysis.

- Leading Monthly financial close process.

- Work closely with the business team, sales team, supply team and the operations team

- Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organisation in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability.

- Contribute to the development of finance planning

- Preparation of various Monthly and Quarterly Management reports, MIS, Budgets etc

- Ensure compliance of local rules and regulations including handling of audits.

- Monitor and analyse KPIs on an ongoing basis, provide insight into the Business, and suggest ways to improve KPIs (gross margin, EBITDA, utilisation etc).
