About the Role As Business finance - Manager, you will build and leverage an extensive cross-functional partnership with our different businesses and finance team to drive cost reduction while improving customer experience. You will also provide the business with big leadership bringing a deep knowledge and a proven record of accomplishment.Those hired will join a successful team with a broad and deep range of experience across functional spectrum within finance as well as entrenched knowledge of business. What you'll do: - Working with categories to take responsibility on pricing, inventory management, B2B deals pricing - Publishing category-level P&L on a monthly basis with help from accounting team - Improve profitability through better pricing and cost reduction - Marketing channel efficiency measurement and improvement with help from marketing team - Identification and improvement of cost levers on logistics, warehousing and maintenance - Category-level working capital management (receivables, terms with vendors/suppliers) What we're looking for: - MBA finance from IIM A /B / C or ISB - 2-5 years of work experience in similar roles - Highly analytical and first-principles problem-solving abilities - Clear understanding of P&L (revenue, contribution margin, gross margin, EBITDA margin, PAT margin) - Diplomatic demeanor and ability to influence actions in the right direction
