Manager - Business Finance - Dental Business

1. Build an analytical and data driven business finance function and support on the following tasks.

2. Set up forecasting model to help improve predictability to bring in a financial discipline.

3.Monthly / Quarterly numbers and PPT preparation for review for Leadership Team.

4 Modify financial plan and budget amount based on the changes in business plans.

5. Assist in the preparation of capital budgets for the business units.

6.Develop profit and loss plan to ensure maximized returns and profit targets.

7.Guide the team on data analysis for any decision-making scenario, bringing out business insights that are not visible in regular reviews.

8.Proactive in reviewing financial information, identifying exception / and any irregularities initiate action to rectify and follow up for logical closure.

9.Support finance / business leaders in understanding actual under business plans including cost optimization plans.

10.Participate in budget discussion and support scenario building / simulation modelling.

11.Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals.1.
