Key Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Responsible for managing business improvement projects ( Lean and Six Sigma) in various functions. - Driving operational Excellence Culture within the organization. - Manage Independently Six Sigma Black Belt/ MBB projects - Create and deliver a communications plan which builds a deep and wide understanding of OpEx across the division. Required Experience - B.E/ MBA from Tier 1 Institute ( IIT, NIT, Top MBA Colleges) - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified / Trained. Experience in mentoring Green Belts. - 9 + years of experience in Operational Excellence, Business Excellence, Process Improvement or Lean Manufacturing. - Experience in working with Global organizations with process improvement culture. - Signification experience in managing transformation consulting projects for Industrial or Services organizations.
