Job Description :

- Ability to analyze gaps and with root cause analysis, and further solution to best partner with stake holders

- Convert process flows / fact findings into case study / story boards / process flow

- Driving high levels of efficiency in the delegated attention seeking areas, vis--vis cost / process / No. of Transactions etc.

Desired profile :

- 10-14 Years of Experience preferred in ITES industry

- Should be a Black Belt Certified.

- Business Transformation Projects in BFSI/Insurance domain

- Detect and articulate, critical areas of the function with potential gaps.

- Build sensibilities about six sigma methodologies in non-intimidating fashion.
