His/her key role is to inculcate a continuous improvement culture and make it a part of the DNA of the employees and the organization. Duties & Responsibilities: - Establish Continuous improvement culture within organization - Detailed Root Cause Analysis for cause and corrective action identification - Provide training to employees on LSS/QC/Statistical tools etc. - Identify critical processes/business areas for improvement - Facilitate successful completion of LSS Projects - Improve critical business measures, CTQs etc. Interfaces: (a) Internal : All Process Owners, Project leaders, team members (b) External : External agency for LSS training/projects Skills & Competencies: 1. Role-based: Must to have: - Knowledge about insurance processes - Problem solving acumen Good to have: - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification - Creating & adopting effective plans for translation of strategy into action 2. Behavioral: Must to have: - Active Engagement with colleagues across functions - Highest level of integrity in all business practices Good to have: - Excellent oral/written communication & Presentation skills Preferably from BFSI Industry
