Manager Business Development - High end European wooden flooring brand
Location: Mumbai
Experience:
Around 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Institutional sales of high end products [Wooden Flooring, Furnishing, Furniture, Lighting, Bath ware, Building products industry in Luxury category] through Principal Architects & Interior Designers, Procurement & Design team, Projects Heads, PMC- s, Consultants, Builders & Developers.
Qualification: Graduate with Good computer skills.
Responsibilities:
Development of Institutional & Project business for high end European wooden flooring brand.
This role involves prospecting, developing, expanding, adding new accounts to increase the institutional business - Projects, corporates, hotels, real estate and Institutions.
Create and execute plan for developing new business.
Regular follow-up with customers and prospects and be responsive to customer's real-time needs.
Provide product information, Samples, demonstrations to clients.
Competition mapping and tracking.
Maximizing networking opportunities and regularly using conferences, events and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts.
Skills:
- Experience in Institutional sales, new business development of surface / flooring industry
- Experience in dealing with and contacts with Architects, Interior designers and Builders
- Experience and knowledge in handling luxury products in the Wooden Flooring, Furnishing, Furniture, Lighting, Sanitary ware & building products industry in luxury category
Salary: Eight - Twelve /15 lakhs PA + Performance bonus [incentives]
