Job Summary :
- Our Client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated US Staffing / Solution Business Development Manager to join the new team.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing new business centers and driving staffing and offshore software business from both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to establish and expand new business centers in India.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in the staffing and offshore software business sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and business plans to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of Diaspark's staffing and offshore software solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure a smooth onboarding and successful execution of projects.
- Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics and business development activities.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, specifically in the US staffing and offshore software industry.
- Proven track record of establishing and growing new business centers and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of the US staffing industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and convert leads into successful business deals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
