Summary:
Business Development Manager: The purpose of the role is to generate and increase sales pipeline through the identification and qualification of new staffing sales opportunities, improve revenue margins and demonstrate flexibility with a great client relationship management.
Detailed Role Description:
- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing businesses in US.
- Interact with clients on daily bases and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil.
- Collaborate with US IT recruitment team.
- Be accountable for revenue targets / Client relationship management.
- Building accounts with contract staffing needs and ongoing support.
- Plan and execute new marketing initiatives to build the business. Upsell & Cross sell in our existing accounts.
- Should be able to build and grow the sales team.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage market research, business research, database building & management, business opportunity analysis, lead generation etc.
- Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally and confidently.
- Hands-on business development experience in recruitment industry is mandatory
- Hands-on experience in acquiring US clients from US market for US staffing is mandatory
- Strategy development, Planning and Reporting
- Demonstrated and proven sales result
- Go-getter with a strong passion for Sales/ Business Development.
General Skills:
- Very good understanding of the business deliverables.
- Possess over persuasion and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship building and networking skills
- Having Good understanding of IT / Software skills and Technologies.
- Aggressive and Target Oriented
Experience: Min 6 yrs of Experience in US IT Staffing - Sales
Education: Any Degree with Masters in MBA preferred
Compensation: Market Standard
Incentive: Above market based on performance
Work Timing/ Location: US timing (Night Shift) / ; Chennai (work from office)
