Manager - Business Development - Technology Services

- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Having a Master's Degree in Marketing or Sales would be a definitive added advantage

- A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience within the Sales function in the Software Technology Services industry. Added points for experience in the Analytics, AI, ML & Digital Assurance areas.

- Experience selling annuity services

- Experience selling over the phone in a fast-paced environment

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in consistently meeting agreed upon sales targets

- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

- Ability to effectively plan slated activities and set achievable and realistic goals and timelines

- Be able to build professional comradery amongst peers within the organization

- An impeccable, professional level proficiency in the English language with the ability to create and deliver presentations to customers and internal groups

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
