Manager - Business Development - Tapes/Sealants

Key Job Responsibilities :

- Identify application domains and conduct market research to ascertain techno-commercial feasibility of new products.

- Coordinating with various Automotive OEM manufactures to explore the feasibility of the newly developed product.

- Coordinating with research & development team in the development of the product, which can cater the customers need & requirement.

- Convincing the customers about technical & commercial feasibilities of product & encouraging the industries to move forward for innovations.

- Providing solutions against the technical & commercial queries of the customers.

- Conducting trials & commercial negotiations with customer until it gets commercialized

- Identifying untapped and competition accounts and generating business for distributor.

- Exploring up and cross selling opportunities in existing customers & competitor accounts.

- Developing key clients, thereby achieving profitability & increased sales growth.

- Responsible for achieving allocated Business Targets

Skill Set Required :

- BTec with 8-10 years of relevant experience.

- Must have worked for Automotive OEMs

- Strong leadership/influencing and managerial capability.

- Excellent communication skills.
