Location : Bangalore.
We are looking to hire a BD & Strategic Alliances Manager who will work directly with the CEO/COO of the company.
- The Manager will be responsible for developing and executing tie ups and collaborations and retaining them and thereby achieving the financial targets. We are looking for a candidate who has the desire to work in an entrepreneurial setup the ability to learn quickly and grow with the organization
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop the sales strategy for B2C & B2B, plan and manage the execution
- Develop and drive the pan-India partnership strategy.
- Deliver partnerships with clear results from a profitability/brand perspective
- Identify, prospect and close complex partnership arrangements that deliver real value to the business
Minimum Requirements :
- Top tier business school (IIT, IIM, ISB or top global b-school)
- 2 - 6 years of experience in Management Consulting/Product Management/Partnerships development with high growth startups or top-tier established brands. Experience in travel domain would be an added advantage.
- Strong B2B negotiation skills to close complex deals
- Highly motivated, the strong sense of ownership, ability to build strong relationships, execution-oriented
- Proven track record: you- re a consistent top performer and have excelled throughout your career
