- BE Chemical with 10years of relevant experience in B2B sales /Business development for speciality chemicals for Adhesives, coatings etc
- MBA is not mandatory
- Responsible for business development strategy
- Good experience in product development/application development with B2B marketing skill
- Identifying business opportunity and help internal R&D in application development based on customer requirement and closing the deal.
- Maintaining existing key accounts by remaining in constant touch with them.
- Generate ideas and solutions to meet customer's requirement
- Actively contribute to the profitability of the Business Team
- Work closely with global team by exchange, gain and share market information
