Business Development Manager
- The position seeks professional Business Development Managers to drive sales of the company's solutions to customers directly and through partners.
Profile & Job Responsibilities :
- Good knowledge of BFSI or MFS software systems specially related to Mobile Money,
- Mobile Banking or Credit Unions/Saccos or other similar software platforms.
- Achieve sales revenue targets from new customer acquisitions
- Experienced at presentations of software platforms/solutions to Banks, Credit Unions, MNOs /Telcos. Experienced at interacting at CXO levels in the client organisations.
- Responsibility of delivering revenue targets in the assigned region.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving techniques and leadership attributes.
- International Sales experience preferably in Indian Sub-Continent, Africa, Middle East and SE Asia markets will be a definite advantage.
- Willing to travel in India and overseas. Lead generation and introduction of new innovative solutions to new/ unexplored regions.
- Identify customer needs and the company's offerings, identify opportunities, create and execute strategies to win them. Good at effectively managing sales funnel and prioritize engagement with high probability leads.
- Excellent at effectively qualifying seriousness of sales leads.
- A team player and effective at working with technical development and support teams.
Skills :
- Ideally 5+years of relevant industry experience
- Solution selling and business development experience in BFSI or Telecom domain.
- Experience in building innovative solutions and technical improvement in existing solutions
- Experience in building customer biz plans, differentiation, positioning and value propositions
- Strong understanding of BFSI business, business processes, industry players and business trends
- Good sales, presentation and relationship skills
- Good understanding of the BFSI domain and related requirements including technologies and standards.
- Experience Relevant BD experience of 5+ years in BFSI Platforms with 3-4 years in direct sales of technology products and platforms.
