Our client is a disruptive EdTech Start-up that eliminates the need for the high cost (human) proctored test centres. Academia, Edtech Learning/Upskilling platforms, and Corporates need to move away from the physical mode of examination without compromising the examination's credibility, authenticity, security, and results. Our client , as the name suggests, is the digital examination proctoring solution that enables institutions and organisations to deliver examinations to remote locations with hyper-agility ensuring test integrity. Our client eliminates the external factors that lead to impersonation and cheating during the conduct of the examination at physical assessment centres. Today's academia, e-learning, and coaching platforms need an easily accessible, cost-effective, and flexible way to conduct continuous assessments that help identify learning gaps and bridge them quickly. Assessments are a key component in the learning and training lifecycle. Our client transitions the end-to-end examination management system online.

About Your Role :

If you are innovative, eager to own their success, and energized by the opportunity to disrupt customers thinking about the traditional processes, then this role is for you. You will be part of OUR CLIENT 's Growth team and shall work in a high-performance environment with an emphasis on enabling disruption by digital transformation in the education ecosystem.

You should have had at least five years of experience driving business growth across geographies and demonstrated a history of exceeding given targets.

Your Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Conversion - Take charge of the end-to-end sales pipeline for inbound and outbound sales efforts

- Carry monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and aim to exceed them

- Accurately forecast sales performance based on the existing pipeline, product improvements, and market trends.

- Gather marketing intelligence from customer feedback (VOC) for product features' roadmap.

- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners to ensure customer success, referrals, and upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Define your performance metrics and track progress

- Coordinate sales efforts within your team and work with cross-functional teams

- Mentor & Inspire through training, performance management, and opportunity creation.

Requirements :

Graduate/MBA (Preferably from Premier Institutes) with B2B Sales & Customer Relationship Management experience in Edtech/ ITeS/ SaaS/ related verticals. Preference for global work experience in Sales.

Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and understanding of broader business implications of decisions. Promoting a vision that resonates with your team and with your customer.

Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, and concisely. Excellent communication and networking skills with attention to detail. Flexible and self-driven team worker. Data-driven and strong with numbers, pipeline conversion metrics, and efficiency metrics.
