Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 2. Proven track record of success in business development, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role. 3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners. 5. Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. 6. Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business targets. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
