Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager -
Location: Mumbai
Educational Qualification: B.E & MBA
Location: Mumbai
As a Business Development Manager you will:
1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction with the Jio ecosystem and the portfolio companies
2. Conduct research to identify new market segments within the ecosystem
3. Arrange business meetings with prospective teams
4. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting vertical's objectives
5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
8. Build long-term relationships within the new and ongoing engagements
9. Contacting potential teams to establish rapport and arrange meetings
10. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Must have skills:
1. Proven track record of building positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
2. Proven ability to operate independently and take business decisions in the interest of the customer.
3. Should have good communication skills (verbal and written) in English
4. Proven working experience in business development, sales, and account management
5. Prepare sales and purchase contracts
6. Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners within the portfolio companies
7. Review and update existing contracts
8. Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
9. Coordinate with the legal department as needed
10. Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. Invoicing & Payments)
11. Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
12. Ethical work practices
- Note: Mandatory Guidelines
- Folks that comes from SaaS/ Consultative/Technical Sales background are only preferred.
- Prior exposure to selling SaaS Products in Domestic Markets.
- Need folks who have sold to Reliance in the past
- Will report to CRO
