Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire a Business Development Manager for Pune location

We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth and expansion of our brand through strategic planning, market analysis, and partnership cultivation. If you have a knack for sales and business development, coupled with a deep understanding of the fashion and apparel industry, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Devise and execute strategic business development plans to propel sales growth and broaden the market presence of our clothing brand.

Market Analysis:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint new business prospects, monitor emerging trends, and identify potential threats. Leverage findings to drive informed decision-making and refine strategies.

Retail Outlet Expansion:

- Identify and assess prospective locations for new retail outlets, conducting thorough market feasibility studies, executing site selection, and leading lease negotiations. Oversee the successful launch and operation of new stores.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Lead sales initiatives aimed at achieving revenue targets and enhancing profitability across our retail network. Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and initiatives to boost foot traffic and drive sales conversions.

Partnership Development:

- Foster and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including landlords, property developers, and retail collaborators. Negotiate agreements and contracts to secure favorable terms and foster mutually beneficial partnerships.

Brand Representation:

- Act as the face of our brand, serving as the primary liaison for external partners and stakeholders. Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to elevate brand visibility and reputation.

Team Leadership:

- Provide visionary leadership to the business development team, inspiring and motivating them to achieve sales targets and performance objectives. Offer guidance, coaching, and support to maximize team potential and contributions.

Financial Management:

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections for business development endeavors. Monitor expenses, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures to optimize profitability.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or retail management, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.

- Profound understanding of retail operations, encompassing store management, merchandising, and inventory control.

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and devise innovative business solutions.

- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Leadership qualities with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
