Role Description
The incumbent will be responsible for solution selling for Recruitment/ Staffing services for BPO/ IT arm of a large corporate. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing the end to end sales cycles in line with the outlined sales targets for India based corporate/ clients.
- Maintain key customer relationships & engagement
- Generate revenue through up-selling & cross-selling services.
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline of prospects at all times
- Ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction
- Identify potential new business opportunities aligned with the organization sales strategy
- Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis for the business
Desired profile :
- 8-11 years of overall experience with a proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets in HR/ Recruitment services space.
- Experience in IT/ ITeS industry is highly preferred, however not mandatory
- Motivated, self-starter with solid account qualification skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Offered : 9-15 LPA
