Position: Business Development & Recruitment/ Recruitment Specialist (IT/Non-IT)

Type : Full Time

Location : New Delhi

Joining Time : Preferable Mid-January

- In India we specialize in recruitment at mid to senior level in the following disciplines- Business Development & Recruitment/ Recruitment Specialist (IT/Non-IT)

- Currently we have offices in New Delhi and Bangalore. To support our growth plans in India we are looking at hiring a young and dynamic individual.

We specialize in recruitment at mid to senior level in the following disciplines- IT, Telecom, Medical Device & Health care, Logistics and Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Financial Services, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounts and Human Resources.

About the role :

The role on offer is a full function, 360 degree position. You will be involved with business development, client servicing, candidate sourcing, candidate care and management of your job orders.

- Grow business profitability by developing your own relationships & winning new business

- Nurture contacts to ensure they call you first when they require a new employee

- Deliver a five star service to your candidates & clients at all times

- Provide a consultative approach to our clients & candidates

This position will suit an individual who is a self-driven, team player and is determined to succeed. We are looking for someone who is able to use his own initiative and leverage on his industry contacts to develop new clients and grow business.

Previous client/business development experience in Recruitment/Staffing/HR space is essential.

What you will bring to the role :

Our expectations are that you are :

- Highly motivated to work & succeed.

- Have a proven background meeting/exceeding sales targets in permanent/contract recruitment

- Have a good business acumen

- Have a genuine interest in the commercial world

- A strong relationship builder with a demonstrated background in solution selling

- Are highly ambitious, outgoing, passionate, energetic, team oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial spirit

- Have extensive network in the industry to be able to connect and develop new clients/business

Required Skills & Qualification :

- 4 to 8 years of 360 degree agency recruitment experience

- A robust client and candidate network in your area of specialization

- Client development capability

- A strong desire to succeed

- Degree or a Post Graduate Degree, preferably MBA.
