- Undertake research on the local recruitment industry trends and competitor's business activities to identify potential growth opportunities/industries for Manpower
- Produce an annual sales plan to grow existing businesses to achieve/exceed sales targets as well as develop new business by service lines or industry
- Identify and qualify the list of national prospects, strategic accounts to establish contact with and build effective and profitable relationships with both existing and potential clients
- Work with the Regional Head-Sales to develop Manpower Solutions (e-solutions, cost saving initiatives etc) to meet the needs- of the clients
- Assist the business in the preparation and submission of tenders, bids, proposals and presentation as well as review and negotiating contracts
- Attend and generate sales leads from attending trade shows or organizing events to target prospects and existing clients
- Liaise with various Chamber of Commerce, industry associations, government bodies and others to identify new business opportunities
- Develop account management plans and co-ordinate strategies for major accounts, within the context of the overall company objectives
- Recommend standards and set targets as per the overall strategy
- Work with Operations to analyse and resolve clients- complaints and making problem-solving calls to clients
- Work with the Business Managers to ensure the implementation of new client agreements ensuring contractual obligations and service level agreements are met
