JOB PURPOSE :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our client base within India and globally, focusing on the staffing and manpower outsourcing industry. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth through successful acquisition of new accounts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our client base within India and internationally.

2. Conduct market research and identify potential target markets and segments for business growth.

3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through targeted lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

4. Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target organizations to understand their workforce management needs and position our services as a solution.

5. Conduct thorough needs assessments for potential clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor proposals and solutions accordingly.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including recruitment, operations, and marketing, to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for new business opportunities.

7. Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract development with potential clients to secure new business partnerships.

8. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.

9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition and onboarding of new clients, maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship management.

10 Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including pipeline status, client acquisition progress, and revenue forecasts.
