Flex-I Partners is an Executive Search firm with operations in India and Middle East. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to be based in Bangalore, to handle clients across India. Must be from a Recruitment consultancy having handled a similar role, with 5 years work experience.
Must Haves :
- 3+ years experience in recruitment industry
- Must be from recruitment consultancy back ground
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills
- Excellent selling skills
- Must have proven track record of new clients acquired and positions closed
Responsibilities :
- Acquiring new clients
- Farming existing clients for new mandates
- Own the mandates end-to-end to ensure closures
- Work closely with the recruitment team, to ensure adequate number if CVs are sourced and shared with client
- Follow up with client on interviews and job offers
- Be the single point of contact for all assigned clients
