Responsible for Selling Staffing and recruitment solutions to the Healthcare /Pharmaceutical and clinical domain
What will you do:
- Focused on achieving/ exceeding daily/ weekly/monthly targets defined for self.
- Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies.
- Engage in meaningful conversation/s with key decision-makers and business owners.
- Conduct targeted surveys to identify the right business opportunity from prospects
- Adept at doing secondary research on companies and individuals using different data sources, and drilling out data to drive conversations
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, vocal and written, coupled with receptive listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
- Should have the desire and ability to work in a fast fast-paced, goal-oriented high-growth sales environment.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality and Strong attention to detail.
- Mandatory skills in pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time & and territory management desired.
- Demonstrated aptitude for technology and sales
- Graduate/post graduate in any stream.
