Job Responsibilities
- New Client acquisition through corporate tie ups and Business Development from new and existing client.
- Mapping client requirements and guiding delivery team.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with IT & Non-IT clients thereby ensuring continuous business opportunities.
- Utilize company resources, internet search engines, networking, referrals and cold calling to identify prospective client accounts.
- Coordinate with recruitment team and client for timely delivery.
- Responsible for revenue generation by monitoring of payment details through new and existing clients.
- Mapping client satisfaction and helping operations team with timely feedback, if any, to improve performance.
