The Person :
- Ideally from the recruitment industry, with 2-4 years experience in Business Development and Client relations
- Responsible for hunting and farming.
- Open to candidates with strong B2B sales experience
Job Role :
- To generate and meet revenue targets.
- Strategize business sales plan for the market
- Key account management for existing clients, relationship management.
- Team up with various internal and external business stakeholders to formulate and implement growth strategies.
- Addition of new clients
- Manage mandates and follow up with clients on the progress of mandates, interviews, offers and joining
- MIS and reports
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure delivery of mandates on time.
