Role: Business Development Manager

Division: Capital Markets/Investment Banking

Location: Mumbai/Gurugram

Company profile: one of the world's leading real estate consulting firms. Its services span the globe, with experts working across offices in 35 countries.

Responsibilities:

- Building & nurturing key relationships with CXOs, decision makers and Promoters of large real estate developers

- Proactively engage in business development activities through networking, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.

- Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside other directors in the group.

- Creating and managing prospective client database, proactive client engagement - calls, meetings, presentations etc.

- Organize and drive client targeting program for the team, including promoting and monitoring pursuit activities, and tracking results and ROI.

- Conduct strategic research on potential clients, competitors and industry developments to identify business trends and opportunities.

- Develop value-driven content for dynamic presentations in PowerPoint in connection with pitches and other new business opportunities.

- Draft and coordinate content for RFP responses.

- Work with the events team to organize and support hosted events, seminars, receptions, dinners, and other events, including invitation list development, event materials, participant tracking, on-site management and targeted follow-up activities.

- Continuously maintain PowerPoint pitch decks, fact sheets, and website content for a team.

- Coordinate marketing budgets: vet big-ticket requests, analyze marketing expenses and effectiveness thereof.

- Coordinate team meetings; facilitate internal communications and knowledge sharing among team members.

QUALIFICATIONS / ATTRIBUTES:

- Mandatory: minimum of 1+ years of B2B sales experience in the service industry

- Well-versed with Enterprise / SaaS Sales tools or CRM tools
