Manager - Business Development - Real Estate/Building Material

They are looking to get on-board a Business Development Manager with good understanding of interior contracting, interior fit-outs, PMC verticals with strong background in corporate sales.

Responsibilities:

- Individual should have good understanding of interior contracting, interior fit-outs, PMC verticals with strong background in corporate sales.

- Someone with experience in business development in sectors like real estate, construction management, interior contracting, project management consulting.

- Cross-selling of services to the existing base of customers.

- The individual is expected to generate leads and liaise with the execution team for closure of new business.

Job Specifications :

- 6+ years of experience in business development in sectors like real estate, construction management, interior contracting, project management consulting.

- Post graduate in Sales & Marketing Domain
