Job Description :
- Must- ve operated at operational and strategic levels, and experience in closing small, medium, and large deals
- Experience in building sales pipeline, and maturing the leads by involving the right experts at right time. Driving the deal shaping strategy.
- Experience in developing new business in global competency centers (GCCs / Captives)
- Understanding of broad technology areas across legacy and digital/cloud and processes such as lean and agile
- Proven experience in the end-to-end sales lifecycle
- Proven experience in developing business across new clients, as well as expanding business within existing customers
- Significant part of the experience should be in the information technology area
- Experience in building new relationships, managing sales pipeline, business development, pre-sales, and leading client meetings
- Should- ve participated and led client vocals, the customer connects and client visits
- Experience in shaping win strategy for medium/large deals spanning multiple geographies and delivery centers
- Experience in creating offerings across managed services and staff augmentation business
Good to have;
- Experience in oil & gas / new energies is a big plus
- Delivery experience is good to have but not mandatory
- Experience in one or more pure-play organizations is a plus
- Good understanding of matrix organization
