Manager - Business Development - New Listing/IPO/Mutual Funds/NCDs

Job Description :

- To generate business via New Listing, IPO, Mutual Funds, NCDs, New Products, ITP. To recommend policy/process to enhance service standards, customer satisfaction and implement changes by regulatory bodies.

- To develop relationship with listed corporates, mutual funds, merchant bankers and regulatory authorities.

- To keep self and team updated on the developments/ changes in rules, regulations, circular and notification by regulatory bodies.

- Independently lead mid-level sales meetings across all product portfolios including mainboard debt/equity listing, EBP, ITP, mutual funds, OFS, Reits and Inveits

- Independently lead product collaterals including drafting business presentations, business models, internal documents, approval notes, board notes, among others.

- Take direct reporting at least one reportee in the team

Yrs of exp : 6-9 yrs

Qualification : MBA (Full time only)
