Key Responsibilities
- Partner acquisition: Primary responsibility is to identify, develop and reach out to potential partners in the lending space - DSA, marketplaces, lending relevant data players
- Partner on boarding: Training & Drive integration with Partners' systems for seamless on boarding journey
- Creator & Collaborator: Work with Internal stakeholders from Product, Operations, Tech and Finance to ensure that the timelines are met
- Thrive on Relationships: Develop strong relationships at the right levels with potential partners.
- Unlock win-win out of the box collaborations.
- Nurture relationships that go deep on the partnerships.
- Influence all levels of management cross-functionally and externally
- New business development: Introducing newer lines of business in the existing partners base to reach out to end consumers
- Performance tracker: Responsible for engagement presentations on fortnightly status updates on funnel performance, NPS, new Products.
Key Areas:
- New partners being onboarded and revenue
- Existing partners revenue
- NPS and engagement metric with partners
Experience And Skills Required
- Overall experience 8+ years
- 2+ years of experience in Fintechs, NBFC's are preferred
- Graduation degree is mandatory, MBA is Preferred but not mandatory
- Distinctive problem-solving skills, combined with impeccable business judgment
- Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in working with data and drawing thoughtful insights and action plans
- Structuring solutions to maintain profitability
- Strong communication and willingness to learn GI products
- Tenacity and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, - fluid, and collaborative environment
- Interpersonal skills to hold a conversation with Account managers as well as leadership from the partners side
- Operate with little oversight, being both an executor and strategic thinker
